    Thank you so much for this article; it really saved our bacon. I renewed our expiring Exchange 2016 certificate a week ago using the Exchange Admin Center (EAC) and all went well until I rebooted the Exchange server after installing Windows updates. After the reboot, neither Outlook or OWA would connect to Exchange and I found the EAC and Exchange Management Shell wouldn’t work either. PANIC time!!!

    Your article on how to fix this was a lifesaver and is VERY much appreciated.

  3. This Solved my issue after days of struggle. You are a lifesaver and saved me from having to reinstall the whole server from the beginning cause nothing was working.
